Alexander Rosales is an award-winning filmmaker whose work places an emphasis on a story first approach, paired with a confident understanding of stunning visual storytelling for both commercial and narrative production.
His story starts with in a high school video production class that took him to the 64th Festival de Cannes his senior year, then later graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BFA in Film/Video. Afterwards, he freelanced in the film industry as a camera operator, traveling worldwide for various commercial projects.
In an effort to further master his emphasis in storytelling, Alexander returned to his hometown and attended the University of Texas at Austin, one of the nation’s leading film director m.f.a. programs graduating with an M.F.A. in Film & Media Production. His narrative work has been screened at the Austin Film Festival, Palm Springs International ShortFest, and many more. His award winning short film TEJANO NIGHT, was a recipient of an Austin Film Society (AFS) Grant and was screened by over 50 program selections.
Alexander is currently non-exclusive and based in North Texas.
